story of it. I plan to play it at my next NYC gig.
Keep going and keep making great music you have a new (much belated fan for life)
First let me start off by saying I am a huge fan of your music and your approach to your instrument. I bought your instructional video a few years ago and have studied it intensively but I am hungry to learn more.
Do you, by any chance, run Skype lessons? I would be really interested in learning directly from the master if you were up to it. Alternatively do you have Tab charts of your work.
It is really hard trying to work out your tunings and arrangements by watching youtube vids of your work let alone unlocking the subtleties you employ in your arrangements. As you might appreciate resources for learning Irish music are a little thin in the antipodes.
I am having a crack at Paddy's Green Shamrock Shore at the moment and as far as I can tell you are using a drop D tuning. Is this correct?
Any way thanks for the years of pleasure I have had listening to you play. I hope all is well in your world and you are thriving in these interesting and challenging times.
All the best
Adrian Connelly
Thanks
Jane
The song "The world is what you make it" has become one of my all-time favorite songs from any artist. I try to live by that title, so hard to do. thank you Paul, for inspiring me as a fellow songwriter. if you have time, please check my songs out on reverbnation.com as The Dennis Smith Project. thank you again for gifting us with your deep and soulful, music.
Been an avid fan of yours for many years and being a fellow Strabane man makes it even sweeter! I hope you are keeping well during these crazy times. I’m trying to play one of my all time favourites, Crazy Dreams, by ear but haven’t quite mastered it and I was wondering if you have a tablature book on sale anywhere? All the best, Donal
Love the way you play guitar

Hi Paul, I hope you are keeping well! Just bought tickets to your Belfast show in March for my sister's 23rd Birthday. Both big fans and can't wait! Great to have something to look forward to in these times.
Listening now to Arthur McBride all these years from from THAT album, I am struck by just how perfect the vocal, guitar, arrangement and recording is. A very rare thing indeed. For someone who reveres great performances this is one of the greatest. Very special.
Just Discovered You Paul after all these years listening to Arthur Mcbride now, Learned about the Dubliners and as well as Andy Irvine who I know you played with. I found Dervish and Cathy Jordan and Elinor Shanley. I am a professional musician myself this Covid hit us hard but we still survive while others do not. I have toured the World all except Ireland (my loss). I met Peggy Seeger at a festival last year and played Erin Gro Mo Chroi with her and learned the

Hi Paul
Hi Paul - Ive just ordered the DVD Irish Traditional but I read somewhere that you sometimes play with your guitar mic'd up. I just wondered what mics do you use. Stay safe and hope we have live music back shortly
What were the instruments used to play "Eat the Peach" at the beginning of the film Eat the Peach?
Just wanted to say thank you Paul for the wonderful e-mail for my dad on his birthday, he really was so surprised , hope to be able to come and see you performing in the very near future
I discovered Mr. Brady's music with "Spirits Colliding" album.
Just bought Hooba Dooba (better late than never). Excellent and fantastic contribution from jennifer Maidman on bass; interested to read she laid down her bass parts in two days! Would be interested to know when your memoir is to be published
Hi Paul,
Dear Paul - a belated Happy Birthday in lockdown, I hope you enjoyed it anyway. I was all booked up for the concert in Donegal on the 16. May -SO disappointed it couldn’t happen. Please come back north when we get our freedom back -the Ardowen in Enniskillen seems a good venue. Meanwhile stay safe and keep letting us hear you live on Facebook. Pauline 💚🌈
Love your new song
